Refund policy

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we happily accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing on non-Clearance products within 30 days of purchase, as long as the item:

• Is in original condition 
• Has not been worn or washed
• Has all original tags attached

Important Notes

• Return shipping Costs is the responsibility of the customer, Items do not meet the return criteria may be rejected.                                                             
• Returns are not accepted on items purchased during a clearance sale period.
• Refunds will be issued once your return has been reviewed and processed.

Received a Faulty Item?

We take great care to ensure all products meet our high standards. If you believe you’ve received a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible. If the fault is confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund for you.
